Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order within Canada ships free, with no minimum order value, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Each order comes with a tracking number.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Toronto time) start processing the same business day.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit takes 6–9 business days, so the total estimated delivery is 7–11 business days.
These are estimates: peak seasons, public holidays and carrier delays can add a few days.
Can I return the item(s) if I don't like them?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition and with all tags and packaging.

- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover it.
